Within 90 Minutes: Submit a request [here] to change your address free of charge.
After 90 Minutes: Submit a priority request [here]. If successful, it is free. If the package has already shipped, you may refuse it; however, a $5 re-shipping fee will apply if you request the package to be sent again. We will notify you of the outcome via email.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts and it is returned to us, you must agree to track your order and ensure someone is available to receive it.
Re-shipment: If you request re-shipment, a $5 re-shipping fee per item will apply.
Refund: If you choose to cancel, the carrier's actual return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Delivered But Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 5 business days. After this period, we cannot process a claim, and you must contact the carrier directly.
